    jetjock... i didnt see where anyone said that jumpering those 2 terminals also created the CSI to hang open. thats what threw me off when he said the CSI was operating when those terminals were jumped. the CSI isnt exactly necessary. its just for really cold starts. you can live w/o it even...

    no, its not a good standard. one company's 4300 could be a 5000 and a 5000 could look like a 6000. i mean, i know what a 4300 SHOULD look like and if its got more blue on the ground than a factory HID, its not what i would consider sub-5000k.

    idk, i got 40 feet of 2awg cable for $52 shipped. i win! and yes, high current will give up large RFI feilds. thats why i ran mine under the car. plus, running large cable UNDER the carpet is difficulte and dangerous.

    i hope you dont mean you want to remove the nipple and plug the lower crank case vent... cuz then you will have HORRIBLE problems with oil drainback from the head. i too also considered removing that vent tube, blocking the cam cover nipple and putting a big K&N filter on the crank case vent...
