Got about 450km on it so far, it's pretty cool. :)
Nicest features thus far are the entire smart key setup (including puddle lamps, etc.) and the Bluetooth Audio system. There are so many little things that are neat/cool all over the car though, it makes me happy.

Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to take many pics at all, and none before I put my winter wheels/tires on it. I really wanted to get a few pics of the car with the alloys, but whatever. I had so much stuff to get done on the first day of getting it, so I had no time, and it's winter outside...
Technically I've never owned a Supra, it's always belonged to my Dad. That being said, I've been "in the game" so to speak seriously since around '98-99'ish I think, though I was an "enthusiast" long before that.
I remember when my dad picked up his 86 MK2 from the dealership in like 90-91'ish...
I actually already have a Torsen with axles here, but I already got all of the information I need, so no need to do anything else for me. :)
As for what it's worth, I paid $100.00 for the one I've got. Bought it 2 months ago I think.

Where is the power for those fans coming from? The alternator, what's turning that? The engine.
Unless the fans are off, you're stealing power from the engine. When the clutch fan isn't locked up, it doesn't steal that much.
Jeff
Yeah, I just don't know about the difference between the T1 and T2 for axle clearance, from what I've heard the T1 has longer axles than the clutch type, but I don't know by how much. I know the T2 axles are about 1/8-1/4" longer than our clutch ones, so if the T1 stubs are about the same amount...
I don't have much problem with newer OE electric fans, like from a Lexus or similar, but I've seen far too many electric fans fail or fail to cool well enough. I stick with my clutch fans usually, unless space is an issue.
Jeff
Well, I guess I'm not 100% sure the stubs I have are Torsen stubs, I mean they should be, but again without seeing both, I'm kind of in the dark on this... I should just look at the T1 I have and see if longer axles can fit in. I know when IS guys install our clutch diff into their housings...
