    A few alternator questions...

If you want a quick fix, why not just go to the junkyard and grab the correct connector from any other Toyota that has it, and splice it in? Jeff

How many vehicles have YOU owned!

Shiro was 88. 84 Anniversary editions had wider front fenders (standard on 86+) and rear flare-type overfenders, along with some other stuff. Jeff

Mazda 3 owners..... what is up?

While I agree with the general trend and most of the specifics, Grim, I haven't noticed this to be attributed to the Mazda 3, but I have a feeling this may be a regional thing. Jeff

Mazda 3 owners..... what is up?

I have never noticed anything out of the ordinary as far as people who own/drive Mazda 3's. I think you may potentially be crazy. (Also, I think you may mean an extra chromosome?) Jeff

    Psn is back online

I haven't really played it yet. I normally avoid FPS games on consoles, since I find them to be disappointing, but I figured I'd participate in a group activity, haha. Jeff

    Psn is back online

Mine came back online in the wee hours of this morning (around 3:00am). :) I just bought Call of Duty: Black Ops on the day PSN went down. I didn't even want to buy it, but everyone told me to play online with them. I blame myself for the PSN outage. Jeff

    PSN's little 'oops'...

Crysis 2 was not ported, it was multi-platform developed. Not that it matters which way it was ported (if it was), they clearly lowered some standards on 2 versus 1 to make it more acceptable across all platforms. Regardless, I think what SupraMario is referring to is that the game is clearly...

    Ordered a New Daily Driver (2011 IS250 6MT)

So I wash the car today (quick wash, but a wash nonetheless), and I grab my camera to go take a few pictures of the car. Turn on camera, dead battery! FFFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!! So I grabbed my phone and took some pics with it instead. Weak I know, but I didn't have time to let the battery...

    New Michelin Tires

http://blog.modernmechanix.com/2006/12/13/rubber-spokes-give-bounce-to-airless-safety-tires/ Most recent stuff about the tires seem to be from around 2005 when they put them on that Audi A4. Not much since. Jeff

How to Replace a MKIII Driveshaft Carrier Bearing for $50

Toyota uses different sized spacers to adjust for driveline angle. There are 5 different sizes for a reason (technically 6, since not all cars have the washers according to the TSRM). The 6 sizes for the A70 are 0mm, 4.5mm, 6.5mm, 9mm, 11mm, 13.5mm. Interestingly, Toyota does not actually...

    New Michelin Tires

Quite old now. That being said, I see no reason they couldn't just have a rubber sidewall covering the internals of the tire. It would both look better as well as take care of anything getting in there. Jeff
