The 2JZ-GE and GTE with or without VVT-i all use the same pulley in a Supra, but in other models like the GS300, IS300, etc., the newer VVT-i 2JZ-GE's used a different water pump and pulley.
The water pump between a non-VVT-i and VVT-i 2JZ-GTE are the same.

In the spirit of keeping this thread active and awesome, here's a picture of the car from just before it snowed last year and ruined my fun:
More to come this spring!

At the moment I would say focus on parts that are no longer available from Toyota before trying to do replica parts that still exist. Targa seals, tail lights and tail light gaskets can all still be purchased from Toyota. Maybe buy a set of them so you have them when they're no longer available...
A Torsen is a type of LSD.
Are you sure on the 1.5:1 TBR? I would think it would be at least 2.5:1, though I don't remember ever seeing any specs listed anywhere.
I've beat on some T1's pretty hard and never had any issues, but I have seen them explode pretty good as well, so it seems to be...
Yeah the A70 is very adjustable, much more so than most of the more modern vehicles.
My Lexus can only adjust toe front and rear, you can adjust caster by replacing the front lower control arm rear bushing bracket.

So it's been a tad busy at the shop lately, so my car's been getting worked on a bit slowly, but it's almost ready to leave the body shop so I can start reassembly. The hood has been reclearcoated, the trunk was repainted and they've installed a bit of the glass and got the blackout tape on the...
Well it's nearing completion of work at the body shop, I was a bit unhappy with the finish on the hood and trunk so they are going to sand and re-clear those panels as well as polish a few other places. I've got some black-out tape to go on the door b-pillars and they are going to undercoat the...
Stopped by the body shop again today and wow, it looks like a car again! Significantly more work done than I was expecting based on the last time I saw it a couple weeks ago. Primer in the next day or two and then off to paint after that. Should be done next week?!?! Crazy!

There were 2 brown/tan interiors offered in the MK3 Supra. The 86-88 had what Toyota called beige and the 89-91 had what Toyota called brown. They are different.

I would say that removing the axle is considerably easier than removing the knuckle in my opinion, though neither are particularly difficult.
Removing the knuckle definitely can affect your alignment, even though the adjustments are on the body side, mounts with bushings can be in a slightly...
Stopped by the body shop once again today, the left-hand quarter panel is now installed on the car, mostly. Still some welds to clean up along with seam sealer and a bunch of other body shop things, but it looks amazing. Right-hand quarter panel and wheel housing removed, close-up of the rocker...
Stopped by the body shop today and they've got things under control. I am very happy with the quality of work being done. I had hoped that it might be a little further along by now, but it's not a priority job for them. I'd like to drive it soon though, but that goes without saying I think...
