Oh yeah, I've got an account for Toyota and Lexus TechDoc, the overseas manuals are crazy. Too many regions in one manual for sure, it can be quite confusing to know exactly what you're looking for.

Where did you get your diagrams? You need specific diagrams for what you're using. 86-88 are basically all the same, 89, 90, 91 and 92 are all different.

Outside of Japan, everything was widebody.
Inside Japan, some GA70's came either narrow or widebody, most MA70's were widebody but some were narrow, all JZA70's are widebody.
It depends on year and model and some other stuff. Pre-89's were largely narrowbody in Japan.
