2JZGTE VS 2JZGTE VVTI Water Pump

Hey guys, Im wondering about the difference between the GTE and the GTE VVTI water pump, Ive searched the forums and they say that its the same, but Drift Motion 2JZ pulley kit says that it will not fit on the VVTI, and Im planning on installing a titan crank pully on my 2jz VVTI block. can I just remove the VVTI water pump and install a GTE water pump and oil pump?

Then why is Drift Motion saying that the pulleys dont fit the VVTI? is it because the VVTI water pump different, but you can still install a GTE water pump?

Maybe its talking about non turbo vvti?

Only differences ive ever seen are Hydro vs Non-hydro

The 2JZ-GE and GTE with or without VVT-i all use the same pulley in a Supra, but in other models like the GS300, IS300, etc., the newer VVT-i 2JZ-GE's used a different water pump and pulley.

The water pump between a non-VVT-i and VVT-i 2JZ-GTE are the same.
