I just bought a new pulley, and a spare. Looks great, haha. I would avoid heating the pulley, it's not worth the risk, but that's just my opinion, it is not backed up by anything concrete beyond intuition. Jeff

I concur, avoid thin shims unless you absolutely have to (and in that case, try to get it between a thicker shim). Jeff

Thread is M10x1.25. The bolts are knurled and pressed into the axle stubs, part number 90114-10028. Jeff

It should not be grounded, but if you measure resistance on FP it will give you the resistance to ground through the fuel pump. If you are getting a very low resistance you may be having issues with the fuel pump itself. Jeff
