How would my driveshaft make my steering wheel vibrate??
Ball joints and suspension was checked and they say all is well and the tires and rims have been replaced.
(now I have 4 stock 91 rims and 2 extra tires)

Man this is something that fires me up worse than gas on a fire.
Many years ago When I had my first supra it was broken into. Funny thing about us supra owners is we have this 'daily driver' thing with another vehicle. I drove the daily to work and school. Well a guy at work approached me...
I had mine done at PT turbo in California after Priority Toyota in Colonial Heights (wathall exit 95 south) LIED about an oil leak from their "master toyota technician's" shoddy work. They claimed the turbo was leaking.... PT was honest and called and said "We are sorry but your turbo is fine...
:naughty: :naughty: :naughty:
Is that cut for 2 12's...
Im doing the same in my turbo so I can have my targa back there....
I wanted an 18 again but ah well.

I now understand the brown wires...
THAT makes sense as I was wondering what they did to start the car...
Im going to have to hunt down the harness colors I need to wire in the Viper auto start...
Thanks though I really like the PDF you made its VERY VERY useful

Hey could you explain the ignition harness for installing an auto start alarm.
Im a little confused on what the 2 brown wires and the relay do. I have a viper alarm Im trying to put in the auto start.
Well I went over the vacuum lines and the com goes to the actuator and the NO goes to the compressor.
I boost ok and at low boost I dont hear the clicking but when I nail it and boost I hear clicking from the soleniod.
Im still figuring out the programming and all I want is possibly 10...
Im going to double check tonight.
Please someone that has done this install: What did you hook your vacuum lines to, com-> actuator, NO-> compressor? Did you use NC?
The instructions were a bit vague on my type of turbo...
But it does boost stock I believe... just seems weaker
V...
Yes its the solenoid clicking like crazy when the car boosts.
I have a ct-26 turbo. According to the instructions I am supposed to run the vacuum lines from the compressor to the solenoid and then to the actuator.
I am worried that the lines are wrong. Im using NO and Com and the NC is...
Is it possible I have the solenoid too tight to the fender well? It is doing stock boost normally...
But the clicking is unbelievable when you boost the turbo.
V
This is as loud as my makita drill when its torqued.. I didnt expect it to be so loud...
Until I get another crush fitting Im not running the car as I can track the boost... damn that dash...
im hoping someone can post what ports go to what vacuum wise on the AVC-r to a CT 26
My install...
Have any of you had issues with your AVCR after install?
Mine is clicking LOUD under the hood I connected the boost sensor and boost controller as it said.
Im getting stock boost but it clicks like mad
What could I have done wrong? Im already mad at myself for dropping the crush...
Guys,
When you installed your AVC-r where did you run the wires through the firewall? Pics if you gots em.
Im also stumped on the instructions for my car... Im sure the programming part is going to blow my mind but after fabbing some brackets Im scratching my head looking for the factory...
Im interested in the specifics.
What model of alarm for remote start/keyless/alarm?
Is it a harness with soldered connections or NAPA neoprene wiretaps?
What transmitter are you using?

Heh I know as I was workin on it last night.... I am at work and its not getting fixed until I get home....
Nothing like that sleep thing kickin in.
Moral of the story: dont do updates when tired as hell
