Yes the ceramic coating on mine went 'spotty' after a rainstorm drive. Its still a major great upgrade on the car. Do not get me wrong I love my BIC and recommend it. V

My BIC is ceramic coated and ITS rusting. Heck the finish is dull now from the hell water in VA. V

I will say that the extra cost of the coating isnt seeming to be worth it. Mine changed color a little over a month after running it (rain spots it looks like) then when under the car I notice that its rusting. It will look HOT when you first get it but the coating will apparently go away...

Make sure you pull these from the block... I have big arms and hands. You will laugh but I laid across the engine from the drivers side and used a socket wrench. I have to give credit where its due a local supra owner told me to get gear wrenches and make a 14 mm wrench my best friend. Squid69...
