I have searched but I can't find a solution to my starter problem. On occassion, when I start my car, the starter doesn't disengage when I start the car. When that happens, I can turn the key to off, and then take the key out, and the starter still goes. I just replaced the ignition switch...
For the bleeding you have to do it from the slave cylinder or you wont get all the air out of the system. Bleeding it at the master cylinder will only get it out of the master cylinder part, I think...
Anyway, here are the pictures of the placement of the clutch master cylinder. And the...
I can't get a pic right now, but on an american car it is right infront of the dashboard, on the drivers side, on the engine bay side of the fire wall. It is by the brake master cylinder. It looks like a smaller brake master cylinder. So look there on your car. I will try to get pictures up...
Yeah, I had that same problem. My clutch pedal started to stick to the floor. I would look in the engine bay to see if it is leaking in there, if not, look inside the car, lift up the floor mat and look under there for yellowish stains or stains of any kind on the floor. Also look up where...
Hey all, I have an electrical problem. I recently finished an engine swap, A 7M-GE for a new 7M-GE. After I finished hooking everything up, my radio and windshield wipers don't work. I checked the fuses and they are both fine. Anyone have any suggestions on what to look at or check? And I'm...
Yeah, if you have air, I would do that. Or take either a pry bar or a big screw driver and put it between two of the bolts on the flywheel and hold it while you lossen others. Or you might be able to put the crank bolt on and have someone hold that still and do it that way, but I'm not 100%...
For the tach problem, make sure you hooked the speedo cable back up to the tranny, and if you did, make sure its clean and everything. Could be as simple as that.
Yeah, I have an 86.5, but I have never heard of a limited edition of it. It's a limited edition in the sense that the 86.5 supras were never made with turbos stock.
Yeah, I know those kind of sensors are not cheap, but I would suck up the price and buy one. Ghetto rigging sensors is no good, you want them to work right, so you can get the best performance you can, especially with a knock sensor. If you go to rockauto.com there are a few options for knock...
I have a question about lightbulbs in the supra. Does anyone know the part numbers for the dome lightbulbs, the license plate bulbs, or the one inside the trunk on the right side? Thanks.
Hey, can you give a little more detail on this. I have the speaker covers off, and I took the screws out of the trim up top. What do I do next to get the panels off so i can get at the mount bolts?
Hey guys, my brother has a Nissan 200sx, and he has an alternator problem. He just installed a new alternator because his old one crapped out on him. After installing the new alternator, it also preceeded to fail him after 50 miles of driving on it. I know it was the alternator because the...
So I just hooked up my wiring harness, and the car starts, but the starter doesn't stop running or disengage. Also my windshield wipers, radio, and the low setting for the blower don't work. Any ideas?
Oh, and I don't think the blower problem is related tothe radio and front wipers.
Thanks
