heh, personally, i don't give a damn if people i ban come back. so long as they curb their behaviour like mike said, and didn't scam anyone, i have no problems with them. :)

Because thier bad behaviour seems linked to the old username/persona.....

People forget that as mods we can do an IP search to see who is logging in from the same address (dynamic IP's make this a little harder but it's usually within a range)

There are a few I've banned that under no circumstance I'd want them back here fullstop but most if they don't cause crap I have no problem with them returning.

Maybe if they feel they are "getting away with something" it will help them not behave in the asshole manner that got them banned in the 1st place...
