You can fit up to 275 all around if you wanted.. I would go 225 or 245/40/18 and 275/40/18

I'll be picking up my 89 Supra Turbo (white) next Saturday, and I've read through all 90+ pages of this thread. I ended up ordering a set of Enkei GTC01 in Hyper Black, which I think is very similar to gunmetal, and Yokohama S Drives. I got the following specs:

F 18x8.5 +35mm 245/35
R 18x9.5 +38mm 265/35

How do you think these will look?

I appreciate any feedback, and I already have found this site to be a great reference point. Thanks.

Ben

Very safe offsets and tire sizes. You should have no issues with rubbing on anything.

Cmon, I was just messing around. For real though, think it'll look alright? Will probably be a bit 4x4ish, I imagine.

Should be fine. As I said it is a good size combo for not running into trouble. To me dope is running stupid sized wheels haha.

And N87Turbo that should fit fine. If you run a super fat tire it might get kinda close to the shock but I think you should be good. Worse comes to worse just run a thin spacer.

i just bought myself some 17 x 10.5" rims

what is the fattest possible tire i could run with a stock widebody mk3 with nicely rolled guards and ever so slight pump.

i dont want to run stupid abounts of camber so somewhere between 0 - -1 degree is fine

wheels are plus 50 offset so require a 5mm spacer inorder to get 2mm clearance between the rim and the struts (tein coilovers)

cheers

Quick Question, My Supra seem to be the narrow body supra. Means it does not have the rear lip and I believe the front Fenders are not as wide. Do you think It will still take the 8.5 front rims and 9.5 rims as nice as the pics seen on this thread?

Sorry for not replying sooner but by regular i meant 32MM front and 35MM rear. Hmmm from my armature measurements i think the difference with my body and that of the wide body is about half an inch. Has anyone here tried the regular 9.5 rear 35mm offset rims on a narrow body supra and have pics?
