@trofimovich
Just for information...

currently there are exactly ZERO manufactures that make engine seals that are vacuum rated for the 7M. SKF is the closest but they do not make vacuum rated seals.

Those specific engine seals have to be custom made.
I go on the Internet in search, so I realized that vacuum seals have sealing strips on both sides. Are these Teflon(PTFE) seals?

I hear that, just getting back to mine from 2016, hoping to help get this forum somewhat more active like it used to be!

Today I made my passenger window work.
Short story long, when the body shop fixed the passenger side, they swapped the door from my parts car, which is an early 89. The ECU connections aren't the only wiring difference in those cars... door harnesses too.
So instead of retrieving my shell from the body shop, and gutting 2 doors to swap harnesses, I took the easy way out and used some wire and spare terminals, and just made jumpers until I can do it the right way.IMG_20220723_193125.jpgIMG_20220723_201932.jpg

How'd it go? That's a fun job...
Well, I managed to get it done with a mirror in the end. Detaching the vsv from the manifold helped clear things out of the way enough. Of course removing the battery, alternator, etc were all required.

I did find that one of the vsv connector wires had broken off, so that’s next

So cool that Supramania is back!

Sadly the only thing I have done today is put the ugly new Ohio plate on my car. I moved back a year too late : (

And read through about 10 "cranks but doesn't start" threads since the car has decided to stop working. Must be mad it is not in a garage anymore :oops:

Update: The common advice from some of my SM favs "jiggle the CPS" wires worked! Now I can say "started the car today". I was already over the moon Supramania was back, but now I am over the sun too!
