Could use a better picture but this is what I have for now. Excuse the dirty and incomplete interior ( need to figure out why my turn signals aren't working yet before everything goes back)

Installed this wheel yesterday. JDM red stitch steering wheel. This wheel beats the 4 spokes wheel all day, which i liked very much.
Had matching dotted black leather too but opted for this air bag instead. Fits the era of the car more than the modern air bag.

I had an interesting boosting issue this morning I was in 5th cruising on the highway then some dick tries to cut me off but went back into his lane so I just floored it and boosted past him but my boost went up to 12psi then down to about 8 or 9 psi then it stabilized at 11 or 12 psi all while I was flooring it and when it would stabilize I felt it pull harder. Is this normal in 5th gear or is there something I should check? Last night I showed her some love from like a 20mph roll and stayed on it until I hit 4th and it felt perfectly fine then.

I don't know about normal, but next time kick down to fourth. Simply because you like your car and that is probably the hardest on it. Sounds like you spiked, but if you have an electronic boost controller it can cut your boost if you spike.

Yea I have a blitz dual SBC controller and it was beeping at me when it seemed to spike I think it was cutting boost to keep it under my set boost limit.

I tested out my theory with my boost controller and it was because I was boosting a little more than I set my limit to, which apparently was under psi so the controller prevented me from over boosting. This controller might as well be all in japanese lol it's difficult to understand.

I got some goodies tonight, front tie rods and lower ball joints and a replacement fan blade from a member since I broke a blade on mine.

I ordered a new timing gear for my crank to have a replacement spacer washer behind it. this is keeping me from putting my motor together. Tomorrow I need to pick up a 1/2" 12 point and torque my head on.

Took the car out for a spin. (can't let it sit too long) Had one of those nice moments when it feels like you've got a powerglide, but you don't :naughty: (car sits at one spot on the powerband w/ gas floored, while accelerating faster than if you were in traction )

Placed a sizeable order from driftmotion (clutch line, PS line, oil pump line, master cyl brace, EGR block-off, some seals, gaskets, bolts, ect.) lots of stuff for when I pull my engine to put it in the hardtop.

Will be making sure to drop by the dealer to get new oil squirter banjo bolts as well as a new oil pressure regulating spring for the oil filter housing. Oil pump is new.

Also picked this 13.75" Momo Monte Carlo wheel up along with NRG mounting hardware (all black of course) I wouldn't have minded getting my 89 wheel re-wrapped, but I couldn't find anyone that would do it.

I picked up a TRD horn for it as well. Tried to order one from japan, but they were back-ordered. Ended up shelling out ~$40 for one from the UK.

Put it on the rollers before it gets modified. Stock everything w/ full exhaust (bellmouth DP) @ 10psi @ full operating temp. I think this chart confirms that the head is indeed ported and polished. (was told this, not confirmed)

Also got some traction arms in the mail today  welds are a bit messy, so is the paint (u joints), but it should do the job.

Friend and I went for a short cruise with his new STI 2013 with an intake and a tune. We did some highway runs and the poopra smoked him. He hung with me in fourth but once I got to the end of the gear and went into fifth I walked away.

^^Nice!^^

I cant drive mine right now because I'm waiting for my replacement ballasts because my first ones didn't fire on the first try all the time but it doesn't look like they have shipped them yet. :: angry :: I may just put it back together so I can drive the car again and finally test these new lights.

550CC injectors, Lexus AFM, 3in divorced downpipe, and a Blitz boost controller. Funny thing is on the second run I decided to check my boost gauge and I was only at about 8 or 9 psi, so after the run I bumped it up to what I was hoping would be 12psi hard to tell with this controller but there was too much traffic so we just went home.

pretty much the same mods as me. i raced a wrx and an sti from a dig. won one, and spun too much with the other.
you should be putting down close to 300hp and 400 tq.

I want to see how much power I am putting down I was not expecting to put down 300hp lol. I guess it's because I am in disbelief that I have a car now with more than 200hp.

i dyno'd my car with the bad head gasket. i also had a slight miss due to the leaking cps.
i have almost the same mods, and at 15psi. i put down 280/360.
it definitely feels a hell of a lot faster than stock. :)
