Nonsense, my first car was an 88 mk3 auto targa and I loved it even though a piston shot through the block on my way home from school but it had a rod knock.

I already have a 3in divorced downpipe installed, so I will be connecting the cat and cat back exhaust to that and it will be a full 3in exhaust. Like I said I only want roughly 300hp out of the old girl and I know the CT26 is limited to about 15psi or so and I won't be going that high with boost anyway. I think in Texas we need to have cats but when my car hits 25 years I won't need to worry.

i dyno'd at 280/360 with my current setup. stock motor and turbo, with a failing headgasket :(.
i/c pipes, fake greddy bov, bic ddp, full 3" exh, k&n filter, colder plugs, lex/550 setup.
i also used high imp injectors. there's a quick fix that makes them work fine.

damn that is a big gap between hp and torque lol probably due to the head gasket. Where did you get our hard IC pipes? I want to replace my stock piping.

i found them in the for sale section here. i wouldn't hesitate to buy them from drift motion. i'm very pleased with everything i have gotten there.
once my new motor is finished, i plan on getting an upgraded turbo from albert. :) i want to see what the limits of a stock "sized" turbo are.

I've read the IC kits from DM aren't exactly drop in or bolt on.

i don't have experience with their ic kits, but everything i've gotten was top notch. i think the kit i got was a cx racing one. everything fit perfectly.

I did look at that kit and am tempted to buy it.

My Lexus AFM came in today from a seller on the forum, great condition and tempted to put it on to do one run with it but I will hold off until I get the injectors.

So pretty much nobody has a bolt on IC piping kit? Seems like every kit I come across and ask about it's never a perfect or easy fit there is some modification to do or replacement piping like with yours.

Bottom line... It's a modification. I have not done anything that didn't require a bit if fiddling other than the fuel pump upgrade.

Want real fun... Upgrade to T4... Lol.

The intercooler would be a better fit if done when you have access to a bender. I have no idea who designed the CXRacing one that DM distributes, but it would have been very simple to do it right if a tiny bit more thought was given to it.

Today I dropped the tank, removed the fake Walbro, and wired in an Aeromotive Stealth.
