So far, just some soreness in back and neck. Gotta wait to see what happens in the morning. I think the guy in the truck was texting...
The bumper folded up and pushed the gas tank in towards the diff. Didn't crease it though. But he hit the car hard enough to push it 1.5 car lengths. Shot my son's (in the pass seat) cap into the windshield and it bounced back and beaned him in the face.
Definitely going to be a bit of whiplash. Hopefully them being young will make it better than when us old farts get soft tissue injuries...
Sad thing is.. the engine was running like a champ.. tranny was shifting strong (Comp double friction clutch on a W58 works very very well). My clutch slave and master cylinder just arrived from Rock Auto... no car to put it in...

keep an eye on him. i was rear ended at a red light last august. i figured i only had whiplash and some soreness,. after a few months i found out i had 1 torn disc and one bulging disc. the bumper held up perfectly, but the impact transferred to myself and the seat.
hopefully he will be fine since he's so young. also, i hope the guys insurance pays for you to replace the car.

It was insured as a collectible car (full insurance) so my insurance will pay me and deal with his insurance. I was careful about that.. 
Not to switch subjects before this conversation is over but Is collectable insurance better? And if so how do I get it?
I believe it depends on the state you are in or country and depends on the year of the car too. I should look into something like this soon since my car is a few years away from being exempt from emissions.jdmfreak;1960362 said:

Isn't the difference between a normal white targa mk3 and a white package the trim and rims are white?
I don't have the white wheels... If it originally had them They were gone when I got the car... But my trim is white
Went to oreillys to pick up the new master clutch cylinder but the new one was missing a stud. So now have to wait for another one... I was going to clean her up and take her to the car wash and possibly make a walk around video but its really hot out
