The only thing that is really stopping me from going poly is the chance of squeaking, any recommendations on what lubricant to use that will stop squeaks? I thought about using marine lubricant since it's weatherproof and sticky.

Personally never had squeaks from poly bushings I've installed... I suppose some kind of marine lubricant would work though.

idk yet either...havnt had mine installed long enough. but, the energy kit comes with its own grease that says will prevent it from happening...and to ONLY use that kind of grease, yeah i call bullshit...you can get any brand of poly compatable grease if you need more.

if you were really overly concerned you could drill a hole in the arms and screw in grease zerks and pump grease in any time it starts squeaking...its what i plan if/when mine ever start doing it...keep in mind we live in tx so i dont see us having half of the issues the majority of the country face. not sure temp will cause it but just speaking of general climate...tx owns most of the time...just not right now, i fucking hate working outside right now, i want a/c in our shop at work.

I am so glad my MK3 has working AC and I got Huper Optik Ceramic tint all around, need to put something for the windshield too for maximum effect, I just turn the AC to high for a while then blast it all through the crotch vent while wearing shorts. Crotch vent with shorts = heaven. Yea here in TX we only get humidity and heat up the ass but when it's winter, all 2 weeks of it, the weather is absolutely beautiful I am talking perfect targa weather.

agreed, even on some colder nights 50*'s ill leave the top off with the windows up and im still fine.

a/c is gonna be the next headache...BUT no where near the battle ive been through. i have my cfc12 license so i can buy r12. never done it before so ill have to search up on it but i plan to convert my 134 back to 12 and freeze my nuts off.

Is R12 really that much better? I still need to replace my condenser, dryer, and expansion valve with new ones and I've read that alone will drop temps even more.

I also have ceramic tint all around on my Supra. I love it, and I didn't even have to pay extra for it. :) I wish I could tint my windshield, but its very illegal here in Alabama. I think its ridiculous that in Alabama SUVs and Trucks can have darker back windows and rear windows but cars cannot...

Friend of mine works at the place where I got my tint and said for 100 bucks he could put tint on the windshield, light enough to where nobody would notice. Very tempting to do. Here in TX you can make the tint as dark as you want but the driver and passenger tint has to be at most 25% or is it at least, whatever.

That would be tempting, but there are an unreal amount of police in the city that I live in. It's crazy how many you see in just a short drive.

looks really good man, i like that color a lot...but if i were to nit pick anything it would be the "supra mk3" decal. and the exhaust looks like its sticking out a little bit but nothing to really complain about...the stance more than makes up for it, nicely done
