Fuck.... gotta pull the harness again and inspect yet again =/

EFI fuse good? Trace the ground wire and 12V for the EMS. You might find a break or even a plug that's out.

I traced both power & ground wires, there were no issues!.... SIgh i'll be uploading pictures on what wires are used from the OEM plugs

I was taking a look at this and comparing it with the body plugs & AEM ECU plugs, all is wired correctly. There is only 1 wire i have a concern with. T Connector PIN # 3 isn't used and goes to a body plug, it was "T'd" off some place but i removed both sides as it wasn't used by the AEM. But when reading the description of this pin it is for the AM2 IGN Switch maybe on that T it was connected some place on the harness that allowed the EFi relay to "CLICK-Open" and allow power to flow through the harness. I also followed the green wire on connector X PIN # 14 which is FC ? - to circuit open relay and it is plugged into the correct body plug which is on the 15 pin grey body plug pin # 6. Green Signal for circuit opening relay

But i'm at a lost, everything looks right, maybe i removed a wire that wasn't suppose to be removed from the body plugs =/

I literately followed the jumper harness when getting rid of the OEM plugs

Then i double checked wire color and position with the OEM Pinout & Confirmed it with the AEM instructions....

I got rid of any AC wires & Hydro fan plug, but i made sure to follow them just in case they were T'd off for something else. I can't seem to find anything wrong here...

and the EA2 conncetor
At the fusebox, there is another connector to power the whole engine and ECU. This connector has 12 pins:

1. Black - Yellow +12 v EFI unswitched - hooked up (connected to correct pins on AEM plug)
2. Black - Orange M-REL EFI main relay - not hooked up and goes to PIN #3 on connect T of stock computer
5. Black - Red +12v EFI switched - hooked up and goes to PIN # 1 & 12 on connector T of stock plug (connected to correct pins on AEM plug)

10. Yellow - Green Charge warning light alternator - hooked up
11. White AM1, ALT + - hooked up
12. Black - Yellow to Alternator from engine / gauge fuse - hooked up

Sigh, i checked all the power & ground wires and they are fine, my problem lies with in the EFi Circuit/Circuit open relay. For some reason they are not opening up when the key is all the way on. I have to look into the body plug for this issue i assume... =/

i would try to remove the aem software and reinstall it. I had a similar problem with the software. I was driving around and then i turned off the car plugged in the computer and tried to connect but said there was no ecu connected. car would crank but not start. wasted about 4 hrs trying to diagnose the problem. everything checked out fine on the hardware side. i uninstalled the software and reinstalled it and then poof connected.

Problem i have is, the AEM isn't getting powered along with the EFI circuit.

EFI is getting power but it isn't passing thru the relay, i tried another relay and still didnt work, i by-passed the relay and power the EFI system with a switch and the car is started now, i am having a buddy of mine get me a fuse box to try out, maybe it is damaged on the inside not allowing the relay to click but for now she starts...

Its not hard to figure this out.

Pull the relay, check for ground, power and switched 12V, basically, are all the things needed at the relay there.

Yea, my problem is finding the switched power. The green wire that goes to the circuit open realy works, i hear it work, but i'm having a hard time figuring out What is the trigger for the EFI, i looked at the diagrams and it just shows the EA2 connecto brown and orange ground on one side and white & black wire on the other, then Black and yellow before relay and black and read after relay. What triggers the relay to complete the circuit

Fixed problem with EFI system i just needed that day off to think and not cram or cloud my thinking.

I test drove the car and I still have the problem. It isn't as bad as before, where free reving it would sputter at 5-5500 and the tach would drop. Now it does free rev to redline, BUT a few times the check engine flashed and the tach needed did move a little 200-500 rpm wiggle in the needle.

Anything?

Changed spark plugs to recommended BPU plug gapped at .25 and it still backfires/sputters. Kinda sounds like its hitting boost cut but im only running waste gate 8-9psi and it spikes to 11-13psi by 5k.

I changed to my friends coils (not confirmed if good or not) but it did the same thing.

Changed ignitor - Same thing

I have never used AEM before, but I decided to look through your tune a bit.

Go to, ignition> advanced ign> coil dwell setup> coil dwell wizard. Is it setup for a subaru/saab coils? When I change it to MKIV coils it changes some of the settings. Just a thought.
