Nice to see I'm not the only one. I read something about dark matter back in freshmen year and I was like wait, if this shit blows up when it touches normal matter, and it's not being made in a vacuum, aka it's surrounded by normal matter, how are we not going to be fucked when they produce this. I think before we fuck with interstellar travel or dimensional gateways, we need plasma guns. Might sound silly to you, but if you think about it, in every movie/game/novel where aliens/demons/extra-dimensional beings come, we get boned because we shoot bullets and they shoot suns. It doesn't seem like it'd be that hard to do. I especially want this because that is my theory on how to make a real lightsaber, contained plasma. And everyone wants a lightsaber.
I'll just use my sword and kill an alien and take his technology then have it reverse engineered and use it against them.
