any more progress? have you taken it to the track yet? if you ever get a decent amount of stuff that needs done just let me know.

Hey Bryan, have not heard for you in a while.. How's it going? The car has sat still for a little while. I used some donated money to buy a batterybox and cables to move the battery to the rear. Just have not done it yet. I have a fuel pump and some other items to install if you want to come around on the weekend, we could make a day out of getting her ready for some passes at the track. Still waiting to hear back from presicion turbo about that sc61 they where going to donate. Hope they don't back out. Lack of interest has slowed this thing down to a crawl, but it will come together someday.
Call me.

Removed some of the air conditioning items this weekend. Need to source some more parts to complete a few little things started. May run a sale on a bunch of used parts to help raise some cash

Sounds good. I might be able to swing by one of these days. I've been pretty busy doing almost nothing all summer. Haven't even been to Thompson yet this year. My cars got a vibration above 60mph and needs an alignment and the power steering is kinda goofy. Plus it feels like the suspension's gonna buckle when I make 90* turns. I figure it's better to not try and push it over 100 on the track with so many problems haha. Hopefully getting some of it fixed in the next couple days (I don't have a garage anymore).

I'll see if I can get time away from the girlfriend sometime in the near future.

Hello, I sure will. I need to get some more things going on this project as soon as I round up some more money. Keep an eye on the thread!

How things going Rich? Just wanted to stop in and say hi.:icon_bigg

Hey bud! How you feeling? A little birdie told me that we may be looking at a nice new precision turbo donated soon. If and when that happens, I will put together a little party date for a get together to install the HKS manifold, wastegate, turbo, oil lines, intercooler, intercooler piping, and anything else I can round up.

She is sitting on the back burner for right now. At least untill I scratch up some more parts and money. I am waiting on a turbo that was being donated. i beleive in another few weeks when the snow flies up here, that a bunch of progress will get done. I have not abandoned this idea, just takes time to come up with enough parts and money to do anything in depth. Look for up dates more often coming soon.

Hey rich, you need a set of stock springs + struts for the car?

YES! The car right now has eibach's on it that some one cut an additional inch or two off. May not need the stuts, but the springs yes. The front is so low to the ground that I can not even fit a floor jack under it. There is only one inch of up and down movement on the front and about 3 inches on the rear.

I have a nice surprize that I will post pictures of. A really nice donation from my good friend Sean from Titan. It really got me excited to get the ball rolling again on this.

Well spring is coming and I am not going to make it to TX, so I will spend some long over due time on the build.

This weekend I will get a good round of photo's taken and start to hash out some more plans. Need to go buy a battery to mount into the new rear battery mount kit I have. Need to pick up some beer too. Can't think right without that.

Which battery? Was thinking of one of those little "holly" drycells. They only weigh about 15 lbs, but have 600 CA's, or maybe a full size gel battery...
