All right guys,

I’m a security guard part time while I go to school, and i guard a big open parking lot....

Now the thing with open parking lots is... Endless fun for the FR crowd, but it is also a very open place to be seen.

Any ways, I was just getting off from my shift, and I decided to slide some circles around a light pole in the lot. I was getting my drift on! After i was just a big white cloud of smoke, I see the worst thing that could happen... Red and Blue flashing lights! Fuck...

I got a fat ass ticket for wreck less driving, having a CA license while driving and living in AZ, no proof of insurance, and a diff address on record (OOUCH!)

The lesson in this story is not just "Cops are Dicks", but even though the temptation may be great, the consequence is not always worth it!

I got busted for 2145.00! There goes my Tein coils:icon_frow

Way to make him feel liek shit! Good job!

Live and learn. I jsut got my liscence last week, though the temptation is huge to get out there speed, drift and race. I havn't yet, and won't untill i go to the track.

Its not worth it in my opinion.

wait,
was this on private property? If so IIRC the AZ police are unable to issue a citation unless the owners of the property initially contact the police or file a report.

If it quacks like a duck, swims like a duck, and waddles like a duck. It is a duck!

Somehow I doubt what I said will make him feel any worse than that $2145 fine that he got.

wrong answer

just like if he was smoking pot on private property. It IS still against the law and the officers can issue out a citation.

actually they can,

if the Law Enforcement sees you, they can still issue you a citation as you are breaking the law. No different than smoking pot in private property or having a meth lab ;)

btw where the hell did this bullshit myth start? If in private property they can't touch me nonsense?

Guys listen to him!

Don't smoke pot or have meth labs, cause you could possibly get a citation.:biglaugh:

What if you kill someone on private property? ITS STILL KILLING.

oh boy

listen up

you could have permission to beat someone senseless from the owner. if the LE sees you you will get your ass hauled away and charged with BATTERY. Now if they let you go that is thier problem but they do have every right to issue you a ticket, regardless if it is private or public property. ;)

Get sideways and learn to drift!!!

It also turns the lady's on when they ride shotgun! Trust me:biglaugh: !

You will have a blast picking up drift... I know i did when i first learned!

Just stay off the streets, and lots with this!

Drifting can be very fun. But please, save it for the track. There was a parking lot up near me and some GTO were "drifting" and happened to get his throttle cable stuck, when straight outta the parking lot, across the heavy trafficed street and right through a fence.

Please guys, save it for the track.

Yes! Yes! Drifting is very, very, very, very, dangerous! It took me about 2 weeks to pick it up, But about two years to fully understand the way the car acts, when it is out of control! The MKIII is a heavy slider and you really can use this to your advantage... The thing is i learned it with my buddy's and they drive 240's a much lighter car. I couldn’t use there method (the e-brake slide) because the heavy supra wants to slow down, so go faster right? WRONG the more speed in our cars the more under steer you will get!
The MKIII really works well with the inertia style... When you transfer the weight of this beast you can really time the exact point of your over steer!

Once again it is very dangerous and i don’t recommend a passenger until you fully know your style and the way the car will respond!
