yeah im not gonna show the cops anything anymore unless they have a warrant.....it would be a waste of time to show them hand written receipts from the parts i bought off members.....so far so good though....no cops harrasing me, but now, i fear a certain group of friends are now turning on me.....they just happen to me the majority of the supra owners i was gonna go to silv with....

and?

They don't have a warranty, they can't do jack to you. If they do have a warrant, be quiet and don't answer questions. They are allowed to lie to you to get what they want out of you.

I've downloaded those videos, and have shown them to quite a few people. The information in that link is priceless if you're ever in a situation where you may have to talk to the police.

Back on topic, Toogoode, have you heard anything lately or does it seem like you're off the hook?

Sheesh... first they give them cable television, now it's free internet access... What's next? Tax payer supported hookers? I wanna go to jail... :icon_razz

I confess my curiosity as well though.

Also, are none of these "Certain group of friends" on Supramania? It seems they would be if they all have Supra's and are going to SILV...

Can YOU confirm your whereabouts on the night of 07-26-2008?

BTW, if it was night time, how the hell did the victim even manage to see the perp's braces? Was the perp smiling at him as he drove off?

I agree with all of those that think something about this story is missing. All the pieces don't quite add up.

Well the warrant doesn't matter, one he gave verbal conesent to search which he could have revoked at any time, so shame on you for not being aware of your rights. With the info they were given by "kenny" they did in fact have probable cause merely from the description, kennys statements and the prescenece of the f150 and trailer didn't help since it corrobarates kennys story even if its bullshit it makes it more truthful seeming to most people.

The whole story sounds fishy to me, I don't know you or kenny but it sounds like someone is lying or maybe both of you are lying, there are 3 sides to any story, one persons story, the other person story and then the truth. Not saying you did anything but then again you could have. Good luck with everything assuming you are innocent however you really should know your rights better than you do

but like I said they'd have gotten a warrant in less than an hour or 2 and the whole time one of those "pigs" would have been hanging with ya keeping you from destroying evidence or leaving. Using a slang term to describe an officer of the law doesn't help your case, it kinda makes me think you're hiding something by your ignorant attempt at humor or maybe its a verbalization of your hate of people who keep others on an even keel.

The fact is, if you reported your baby stolen you'd want those "pigs" working just as hard to find it or who took it if not harder.

so that's it? He tries to have you arrested and then remembers he parked it at his uncles and that's the end of it? I'm a peace loving man, but I'd beat his eyes in for trying to fuck up the rest of my life. Grand theft auto is nothing to play with if it's on your record the rest of your life. There's definately another side of this story not being told. Nobody just drops something like this. The police will definately arrest him for filing a false report. He did say he saw you load it up and drive off with it with your dad's truck...........This story is just like chinese arithmetic......it doesnt' make sense.

his dad had it towed to his uncles house a few weeks ago and only brought it up once with kenny. after contacting his dad, and being reminded that the car was moved, he called the police and told them what had happened. i bet he got a little scared and didnt want to go through with the insurance company. i am pretty mad about the whole situation still and have yet to "talk" with him....im not a very violent person but when my reputation is on the line, i get pissed....and you guys are right, i would want the police doing their best to find my supra.....
