Filing a false police report...let let me tell you, happens all the time and almost never gets prosecuted. Too hard to prove, and not a good enough collar to persue with any kind of zeal. Every experienced cop knows this.

I agree, but to tell a cop that you saw a guy with braces load up his car onto a trailer and a F150........that's just taking it too far. He practically drove them to the op's house and arrested him. He described him to a fault, described his dad's truck, and then they just drop it...........I'd see him rot in jail if it was me, and I"m not a violent person either, but this is way past a joke.

talk to a lawyer or somebody who knows the law in your area. i would defintaley be seeking some revenge for that crock of shit. to get blamed that specifically, more than just a coincidence....
