Look for a long time and finally found one on eBay. 300$ http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.view&id=140700738232&alt=web
Just going to throw this out there, my turbo manifold looks the exact same and I got mine from driftmotion.
It does look identical... funny thing is the ebay pictures show the wastegate flange orientation 90 degrees from where it is, but the actual delivered manifold looks the same.
Assuming they aren't from the same batch... that seems to be the nature of manufacturing in china. As soon as they build something for one customer, it's available to everyone.

I'd called Aaron on the matter of the manifolds before and IIRC he said he does order them as a batch from china but he's made some changes when he orders them such as moved divider and the wastegate flange location/clocked correctly.
That's what I like about the new header I got. The wastegate flange is actually in the right spot and rotated correctly. I ordered a gillet turbo exhaust housing for the hx35. Its a divided 12cm (.89) ar non wastegated housing with a short 3" vband outlet. Should give me even more room for a downpipe

You'll have to weld on a 3" v-band as the one on there is 2 5/8". I was just going to get it turned in the lathe then slip fit a steel v-band on and weld it in place.
Aem tru boost and oil pressure gauge are all ready to go in the gauge cluster
I also welded a 3" vband flange to my exhaust housing. Not too bad for a harbor freight welder. Even though I don't see it, I went ahead and polished the wastegate cap.
Might try polishing my extra pair of valve covers but I'm not sure yet.
Might finally be picking up a set of varrstoen es7 wheels I've always wanted this weekend! We'll see how it all works out. Just waiting on some egr block off plates from Arizona Performance then its ready to do in!

hey were did you get the exhaust housing from? you got a web site I wonder if they have one for the hx40.
