Welcome Kase. I was in Columbus/Glidden recently and found out where my family originated from. It was a nice quiet town. I might be going back to visit my Uncle & Great Uncle soon. I would like to find out more about my family. I see there still quite a few family members hanging around your parts.

Anyway, welcome to the forum.

where did you get the hood holders I'm tired of my golf club lol

Nic
They are Lokar hood props and work similar to the original gas struts. They have groves in them in order to lock in place. I had to get these because of the carbon fiber hood; using the original gas struts would begin to bend the hood slowly. You can find the gas shocks anywhere though, Autozone, Oreily, or Advance.

I got my turbo to intercooler coupler in today and I had to fight myself not to put my car together. I have to wait for this manifold heat shield wrap that I ordered, and wrap that one runner that's closest to the coupler. That's how the last one got burnt through, and made it crack. That should be coming in by this Friday supposedly. We'll see how that goes. -10an drain hose was completed yesterday and ready to go. I'm itching to drive this car again. I miss it.

Damn, didn't realize that Import Night was Friday. I thought it was Saturday. I already have plans with the family Friday and will not be able to make it out. However there's Midnight Madness Saturday night. Not sure if I'll make it out to that either.
Miguel, take some vids of your runs. Good luck, and have fun.

Ok,car is back together. Bigger drain line is in, new coupler on, and one exhaust runner closest to the coupler was heat wrapped. So far no smoke out the exhaust, and it's boosting good. I'll keep an eye on it.

Miguel, how did last night go? Was it a good turnout? Did you make a few passes?

You. I had it all this time but didn't know how to cut and fit SS braided lines onto AN fittings. I needed to buy a 7m flange for it to be complete. I went on ebay looking for that flange. For the same price I saw an oil feed & drain line kit ready to install, so I got that instead. The drain line was apparantly too small, so I needed to go bigger. I ordered a 7m fitting from Arizona Performance, took the rest of the parts you gave me, and went on youtube and learned how to cut and fit SS braided lines onto AN fittings.

Thank you.

I ended up going with shaftmasters $380 shipped for aluminum driveshaft. A friend just got one at thrasher but he said they doubled the price on him so I went with shaftmasters haha. I should have everything I need the end of next week so i would say two weeks at most!

Hey Rufus
Does your car build boost better now instead of hitting hard at high rpms?

Sterlingae
Do you have any pics or build thread link for your 240sx. I wanted one of those originally but fell for the Supra. Might be my next try at a build/tinker.

Nevermind.....found it.

Ya I have one in the members rides. I learned a lot with my 240's I would suggest them to anyone looking to get into racing of any kind. I still miss my mkiii. Though and I will eventually get another and build it.
