Ok, so stripped the fuel tank so I can take it to get cleaned out. It is super rusty inside. Does anyone have a fuel cell for sale locally just in case they tell me mine is no good? Check out the rust on the old fuel pump & hanger. That's what the inside of my tank looks like. This tank might be done.

I set the pump down to take a pic of it and rust just fell off of it. I tried to test it to see if it would pump and it was a no go. Seized. Not that I was considering using it again I just wanted to see if it still worked in its condition.

That's cool. I'm going to take mine in to Blance Radiator Service to get boiled out. I'm assuming they're going to acid dip it and remove all of the rust. I'm just afraid there's going to be a few pinholes that's going to put this tank out of commission. We'll see soon.

thanx man for letting me use that stand for a bit. I actually figured out today that I could het some things done (#&!* heat has been talking me out of working on car) without money. So I've got off my tail and tranfered about half the block to my new block. All it cost was some sweat!!

Hopefully nothing. I started her up the other week and she ran good but started smoking. The seal on the hot side was leaking. So I just have to throw the turbo on and cross my fingers.

Took my baby out and gave her a good rub down. I was going to drop the engine/tranny in today, but got caught up doing some honey do's. Power washing the driveway and back patio. Other good stuff too. Here's some pics.

Looks like I won't be making the little meet on the 31st. Driftmotion called today and they haven't shipped my turbo yet. I was hoping to get it installed by this weekend, but that ain't happening. So looks like it will be a couple of more weeks before I get it running.
