Nicole I am not going to be able to pick up that manifold. My girlfriends family is coming to town. So I have to stay home, greet them and baby sit.
Sorry, If You have another buyer go ahead an sell to them. I know you've been holding it for me for a while.

What different engine? A carb'd small block chevy? Cool!

Nope. I'll be honest with you I got an idea of what I want to do but no telling what i'll end up doing. But I might buy a 87 this weekend.

Hello, my name is Michael... and I'm a supraholic.

Going 2j? What the deal with the built 7m you bought and the cylinder head?

I really do think I have a problem FOR REAL! I am so glad my gf is OK with it. Yeah thats the plan, But it all hinges on if I buy that 87. Gonna sell the engine to my bro in law.

OK I have a 90 1j And a 89 that I was gonna build the 7mgte. And I might buy a 87.

Plan is to sell the 7mgte engine to my bro in law. Put the 1j from my 90 into the 89. Sell the 89, part out the 90, Buy the 87 and 2jzgte it. Follow? Of course i might change my mind.

Here's some Pics of my 87 with 55000 original miles. Plans are to 2jzgte it. Body is pretty clean. Interior needs a good cleaning.

Looks good. So you actually prefer the '87 body over the 89+ ( No offense Darrell)? Different strokes for different folks.
Where are you going to score the 2jz from?

They grew on me. I never liked them, but in the last couple of years I've grown to appreciate them.

I don't know. That will be the last thing I get. There is a place in Denton and one in Houston. Do you know of any places to pick one up?

no offense taken Mr. Powaz. There's nothing wrong with the '87, it grew on me pretty fast. Sorry I've been absent from the forum...my kid graduating has been keeping me busy. I finally have an option of getting an engine from Mike (who needs an Intervention). Probably a little more engine than I was going for starting off but should be fine if I ever decide to throw some higher HP @ it.
