well i have got some more stuff done mostly the energy suspension install all even share with you how to do it at home with out a press and use of common tools found in a house hold shop
tool's you will need
small ish chisel
pipe wrench or vise grip or channel locks
drill with small ish drill bit
hammer
hack saw or air saw
bench vise
all right
step 1
take the lower a arm and flip it over tell you see the outer race were it was pushed in at take a drill and drill out the rubber around the race once this has bean done take vise grip pipe wrench or channel lock and twist it out
step 2
take hack saw and take it apart and reassemble the blade inside of the race or use an air saw and cut the race don't go to far and cut the lower a arm
step 3
take chisel and hammer and chisel out the race start where you just cut should come out very easy
like so
i have all so added in grease nipples to this kit cause i hate squeaky bushings i used to have the rk kit for my other car what pile of crap compared to this kit
yes i no it not straight but what ever
i strongly recommend to run grease nips since it looks like the energy kits was made to have them installed cause there groves in the bushings and the bushing has gap in the middle so they can support a grease nip whit no mods done tot eh bushing unlike the rk kit
well i got stung by them and they gave me a wrong bushings so on Tues day i have to take one of them to the lathe at my buddies house so no big deal for my but may be an issue for some one els

i don't have hole saw kit for some odd reason oh yea i am poor and trying to finish my car lol

1: turn down the bushings in stall front half of bushings
2: weld my muffler to it's new tip looks bad ass
3: weld my e cut all tell yea later what i am doing with it

stuff done today
front half of the energy suspension is all done
and bushing all Lethe out to spec that got they mix max the right one so i could make it work
i had to mod the upper a arm bushings for the grease nips
and removing the upper bushings is cake walk pic's will show you how to do it
but finished the muffler off as well looks sweet and it's one off i find

well i am going to re do my trailing arms today should be done tomorrow but i will start on them since i am doing the re bushings
and my old BEEFY Strong ones will befor sale
maybe finish my fuel lines but we will see what i get done today
and still have to take apart my throttle body going to take off that shitty fag blue color

well i got some stuff done today not so much today thou my lazy day
stuff that got finished was
my new trailing arms i can now load up my suspension and take's the slack and stop's toeing in and out under power from slack
fuel system/zex no2 feed is fully run and plumbed but i still have the tap the fuel rail for my zex feed other then that she is done
all i have to do now is finished the bushings install in the rear and out comes the motor to get once over and such
my oil pan is not done yet but i will only show when i am finished just like my trailing arms

yes it does double as a place to hook to and pull my car out lol
i may install a hook in my drive way so I can slow down in time hitting the garage door sucks

i just had crazy idea tube front sub frame ?????? if i do this my car might not be ready this summer i going to talk with buddy who is really good with jigs like this to see how much it would cost to do
