the third and final phase......

I'll be swapping in a 2JZ-GE bottom end. This will include a re-ring, new bearings, decked block, ect. The head will be completely rebuilt, decked and possibly ported.

Basically, the longblock itself will be completely rebuilt and everything else will be replaced with new parts (oil pump, alternator, hydro/water pump, power steering pump, sensors and misc hardware).

Another upgrade to the motor will include top feed/rail injector.

Once the motor is installed and tuned, a 1pc driveshaft and ARZ rear disc brakes will be installed, and then finally, the interior will either be swapped out for shadow black or the existing will be dyed black.

Some other miscellaneous problems will be addressed, but that will be done as I go along

That will pretty much wrap up the mods to my car.....

Even though you never call me back, I'll post in your thread to get some action started.

Your car is gorgeous just like it is now, but it will be even better with the version 1.5. I hope you have time to get it finished before the government makes you go kill people. Good luck.

I thought you were sending me that powersteering pump............:icon_bigg

I left you a message about the head gasket that Cade suggested. Your build is basically just like his so the gasket should be the same unless you end up having to shave a lot of the block and head.

Can I have your backdrop, now that the photo shoot is done?????????????

You don't want to be in phone debt to Jay! But if you should get there, I got your back. That schmuck cut me off short last night, just to to talk to some fool about work, and it was after 5 for sure.

You must really hate the phone............:biglaugh:

Mark, I'm going to talk with Greg, the machinist that built my wife's car and see what his schedule looks like. I'll also talk to the ones that did my engine and see how there's is looking.
I know you'll want the block cleaned, the crank cleaned and checked, new rings and new bearings. What else will you be wanting from them?

I'd like for him to check the block deck and a price to have the head rebuilt too. Thanks Jay. BTW, You know that the swap is going down in Alabama, not Georgia, right? :biglaugh:

EDITED FOR SCOTT:
The same guy that Jay and Scott used. Jay and Scott seem very happy with his work and I trust Jays and Scotts opinions....:biglaugh:

I can't see the worksheet. It won't give me the option to rename it. I can open it, save it, open in new window...yada yada yada.

Open windows explorer, and at the top click: tools-folder options-view and uncheck "hide extensions for known file types".

Once you do that, you'll see the .txt extension, then rename it to .xls.

Simple shit dood :sarcasm:

It will be soon, very soon. I still need to find a 1JZ head and have it sent to you. Please let me know when you've had a chance to talk to the machinist. What the hell, I'll call you in the morning, I'm too drunk to remember anything you might tell me tonight :biglaugh:
