To hell with her car, burn her hole house down with her kids in it!!!!!

Sound bad, doesn't it? It's no worse than cutting brake lines or a nail in a tire or any of the other options that were given. She could have an accident and hit somebody you know or maybe just a tree. Either way someone could really get hurt. Like the saying goes "It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt"
I'd hate to see you do anything stupid for such a small problem. You can take her to court, and I wish you the best. I don't know how much a lawyer would cost, and I don't know if you would even have to pay for a lawyer if you win. You have to ask Weezl about that. I would probably cut my losses, fix my car, and hope that something good would happen because I didn't seek revenge. It is a very bad situation that can easily get worse. I hope you make the right decision, what ever it may be. I wish you nothing but the best..........lol

Weezl........that so called friend was you, wasn't it? You just got out of jail recently, but while you were in the big house, you read up on the law. That's how you know so much about it, isn't it?.........................;)

you guys don't think legal action is the correct path to take? i mean, i was there, my friend was riding passenger in my car, witnessed the whole thing. i got her license plate, called the cops immediately after it happened.
i've been in a similar situation... no results, had their plates, a piece of their car, witnesses... it didn't matter

no...for his sake I wish it wasnt true, but it is. Hes doing hard time in VA. and not "some white collar resort prison, but real federal pound me in the ass prison!"

I've been in Jail twice in my life...and that was enough to know I never ....EVER...want to go back to it....EVER...

like...NEVER ever!

Thats the thing about older poeple, they DEMAND respect, meanwhile they arent showing it themselves back to us, its no wonder why they dont get it. If i were you id just sneak over to the bitches house at night and lay a big shit on the hood of her car, and if the doors are unlocked one on the drivers seat as well...

Dude, you can't be serious. You would actually shit in someones car. How is that going to get his car fixed? How is that going to get anyone to respect him? To each his own, but that sounds a litte ridiculous to me...........lol

Jersey's here
Is your car turbo or n/a? After you passed how did she ever catch up to you if you say it was only you two on the road. I'd have been out no way she'd catch up. any way don't do some stupid shit thats just gonna get you in more trouble. I had a problem with a neighbor when the first moved in but before taking matters into my own hands i waited about a year and they had no clue. Felt bad afterward but o well

4wd's are great you can easly get under them and drain the oil into a container to leave no trace then put the sump plug back in...

she should really check her oil more often :p women typicaly dont take much notice of the oil light :p even then once its running dry its screwed :)

If you file charges, you will probably lose. Your word versus a cop, smartass cop or not, you lose. Sorry, but facts of life. They will also rip you to pieces with tickets for your car not being up to code. I don't know what to tell you, but sometimes life just isn't fair. Sorry dude.................lol

I dunno, though he did break the law by passing in a double yellow, it didn't give the lady the right to go bezerk and chase him down. In my eyes, she's in the wrong more than he is. Some states are pretty bad on road ragers. And it does sound like he has a witness to back his story up. I say go for it. take that bitches ass to court. Also in the meantime, you may want to get your car up to code, just in case they want to check it out.

If it were me, I'd get my attorney involved. I'd rather spend $1000 in fees to get the other person to pay for $500 in damages, rather than let them get away with something illegal. You know, doesn't your neck hurt? I'm sure there is some accident attorney that would take your case for free, and only charge you after settlement. I would go that route, and get pictures from other members that had accidents where the supe went up against a bigger vehicle, just to show them what kind of a tank you drive....meaning that she hit you harder than it acutually appears she did

shit, I'm rambling...again......

I want him to do whatever will make him feel better. Unless that one thing is shitting in someones car. I wouldn't want to pay 1000.00 to win 500.00. That 500.00 you spent would be a nice turbo rebuild, or new ic pipes. Everybody handles things differently, and I know there's no right answer. I hope it gets resolved without it costing him money to get his car fixed. The woman may pay for the damage without even going to court or getting insurance involved.............Good Luck..................lol

Yeah, and anther thing occured to me...she may want to keep this information from people like her employer and perhaps a husband...You could start by hinting that you will not go away without satisfaction for your damages, and you will be willing to take her behavior up with her employer and her husband. (talk to the husband over the phone or by mail though, he might be a big big sunofagun...and pissed at your for getting his wife all PMS and wrecking his truck.)
