here is the flow rate off the 550cc that i bought of ebay that was suppose to be tested this is from Tim from cleaninjectors very nice guy very fast also

I guess we will also be watching for results from you ebay seller claim.

I think that if we are not refunded on these, we should all negative this SOB with harsh comments in the feedback. Maybe several straight feedbacks about fake injectors will deter others from making the same mistake.

i dont know that i would call them fake.

more like low quality and not flow tested and matched as described.

yeah i think from what i have seen from the motor being apart the injectors may have been the cause of losing my motor

rossainc@comcast.net is the ebayer that i bought them from i have read over the add a couple of times they said that the injectors was new and flowed 550cc so i have email twice and gotten nothing so i filed to paypal for a refund let them handle it.

I just got mine back in the mail this morning. 8 days total to ship them from Alabama to Michigan, test them , and return back to Alabama. I couldn't ask for better service from a nicer guy.

Cleaninjectors Report................"I get an actual flow of 635cc/min @ 40PSI. Flow variation is relatively good for modified injectors. No leakage, typical modified injector spray pattern."

From the sounds of this message, I think I should be OK with these. I don't PLAN on beating on this car that much. I will have it dyno tuned when it is all together, and will get a HP number. But, I will probably lower the boost after that, and go for a good reliable car. It will see the track from time to time, but not weekly. My daily driving habits are somewhat conservative.

Well stated. It isn't "ebay" at all. It is sellers that are unscrupulous.

Yep...I got a set of NEW Crower rods on eBay for half price. Same for a NEW AEM EMS with all the sensors. And again for a set of NEW RC injectors...still got them flow tested though...all were less than 1% difference in flow.

eBay is not the problem...it the person who misrepresents the item that's the problem.

I myself make a pretty good HONEST living from ebay, both with used Supra parts and used Telecommunications/Computer parts. So, YES Ric, I am one of the several guys here that IS Offended by your thoughtless comments. I equate your comment to comments such as "White men can't jump", or any other ignorant generalizations you may have heard.

I do believe that MOST New Supra stuff on ebay is questionable. Some of those questions actually have good answers.

jdub's right as far as misrepresentation on eBay goes.

That said, the seller's only responsibility is accurately describing the product being sold. A bad PTE injector is a bad PTE injector, irregardless of where it came from.

Example: I bought a set of new Denso 550's from Aaron @ Driftmotion. Am I going to question him as a seller? Of course not. Am I going to send them off to be flow tested to ENSURE no problems? Of course. Nothing at all against the seller - it's just good sense to inspect everything you buy. You can not reasonably expect the seller to check every single piece that comes his or her way, now can you?
