How is it an insult? It's just the same as saying another person or another thing is ugly and someone else doesn't think so. You don't have the right to be offended but if my opinion is that important to you I am flattered.

To add if you refute the fact that a baby is more visually pleasing to you because of emotional attachment I will have to say you are wrong.

I was going to let it go, but since you felt it neccessary to add your second statement....

I said nothing about if I think that babies are "fucking ugly" or not (but for the record, I don't), I said that her comment was rude. By default, she made a blanket comment about all babies since she didn't qualify her comment by saying some babies, or even most babies. Therefore, being a parent of two boys, I took offense to her comment. With that said, what I take offense to is my fucking business, not yours, so don't tell me that I don't have "the right" to be.

Reading comprehension is your friend, so look on Ebay and buy you a few boxes of it and put it to use.

Well if it is your business to what you are offended by why would you even bother to say so? You still didn't answer my second note. Only reason I bothered to say anything else is because you said I was wrong, which is all relative, there is no right or wrong of an opinion like that. Emotional attachement and opinion is what makes a newborn baby visually pleasing, you know it and there is nothing wrong with that.
You can choose to be offended, that doesn't mean you have a right to be. Things will only offend you if you let them.

I don't feel ashamed at all, people die all the time it's part of life. It's too bad but I'll get over it. You don't cry over every disabled person do you? It just happens that it's baby.

maybe i have stronger emotions than most.. this baby just happens to mean something to me.. i know death is part of life, i knew the day i buried and mourned the death of my father last year... does that make it any easier? no.. im sure someday i too will get over it, but that day isnt today.. my point is why be so cruel about it.. how would you feel if it were your child or father?
oh and btw... Jett ... is still kicking... even gained a few ounces:love:
