i honestly dont see a problem. when are you guys going to start letting our cars be worth SOMETHING?
if it was torn to shit and should be a parts car and then crushed then YES 7k would be smoking crack.
but that car is clean as shit and has pretty low miles.... by all means sell it that high.
im sick and tired of people saying clean mk3s going for a decent amount is crazy. these cars are becoming rarer every damn day between accidents junkyards and partouts.... have some respect for a clean car that is almost 20 years old and looks that good.
id rather spend 7k on that car then 200 on a pos and try to make it look even half as clean as this one does and probably end up spending more to do it.
maybe if we all start valuing our cars more...outsiders will too.

That MK2 is bad ass! But 21,500.....come on. I hear what your saying , my car is easily worth prob double if I part it out, its sickening so I'll probably never sell it. Oneandgone was a perfect example.
yeah, I tend to agree with Ideal. I was looking at his ad and I was thinking the whole time, "damn that car is CLEAN...why shouldnt he try to top dollar"
Will he get it? probably not. But to be honest Im actually glad he is trying. The more people start to see these cars for sale at a higher value the more the market will bear when it comes time for me to sell mine.

That Mk3 is amazing... the only problem I have with it is that it makes mine look bad! I don't think the guy will get what he's asking, but hey, if he does, good for him!
