You guys saying 400 HP is BS are full of shit and don't know your Supra history. The car has an upgraded CT at what boost level? No one knows but everyone feels the need to talk shit. Are the injectors upgraded? Who knows, no one here that's for sure. That 400 HP is probably crank too, anyone think of that? Hell no, too easy to flame someone for having a car nicer than yours. I used to have a Cartech catalog from back in the day, they did their stuff the right way and it's safe to say the car is all it's advertised as. I don't think I ever met the seller but I've owned these cars as long as he has (14 years for me) and I can tell you I would have drooled over that car even 7 years ago and it's still in the same gorgeous shape. Is it the best you could do now? No, but it IS as advertised. Too many are too young to appreciate it.

Just to say something about Cartech, they were one of the first companies to offer upgrades for the MKIII in the US, and they made awesome products in their day.
I have their intercooler upgrade, it's a perfect fit same as stock, with obvious quality.
With a boost controller and upgraded turbo/exhaust wouldn't be out of a 400rwhp range would it?

very clean mk3, could do without the stripes on the tail lights, the 2 weird gauges, 400hp claim, and that gay ass shift knob. other than that, i think it is worth $7k.
That car happens to be worth it. I GLADLY paid all of 4k for my 88 NA... it was clean, local, and of course GORGEOUS... and maybe it is an automatic, and maybe it doesn't even produce 200 horsepower anymore... but I am much happier to own my car than say a honda for example - I feel like I am truly driving a collectors item with my 170,000 miles. If I had seen that car on ebay when I was in the market - I would've raised that bid without a doubt.
Now I don't truly know if he is popping a whopping 400 horsepower out of that setup, but I would pay the 7k he wants for it if it only made half of that! With just another 2k you could completely remodify that car - its practically in mint condition - with the low miles it has - its in its prime for every mod thought possible - its even so mint that its running the synthetic oil and probably doesn't have a leak to be found - if I put synthetic in mine now without a full rebuild on my engine, my engine would piss leaks all over the place!
I believe the values of our cars needs to be slightly raised - remember this is the car that whooped on every cars ass that was coming out in its time - so its earned its respect - so why doesn't it deserve a higher price tag?
