if yakuza or however you spell his name doesnt buy my remaining mk3 parts then i still have a bunch of 7mgte parts left over
Oh, okay yeah I know where that is. And nice, I love the beams motors but if it's awd turbo is probably better anyways.
and alright, let me know, I need a harness, ecu, gasket kit and all the turbo stuff really. I have the block, rotating assy, complete head, both manifolds, turbo, elbow, downpipe, fuel rail / injectors, and I think thats it. Basically a longblock

Not really a supra mania meet as much as an ohio drift meet that I invite supra members to so I'm not the only one bashed on for having a fat pig of a car.. of course people like Jonah suck and don't show (something about a kid and responsibilities) but awesome people like Greek do!
I'll show up, lol. I have a 4 door mkII supra :p haha. I'm planning to hit all the drift events in central ohio at least this season, so lmk and I'll be there! Lol

I have all of that except the gasket kit and coil packs. Not quite ready yet though, I don't even have the head off yet. What gasket would you guys reccomend for a basically stock bolt-on setup around 12 psi? Daily / drift

If your drifting, a 1JZ is your best friend, it loves high RPM. :D

Please, I don't mean to offend 7M people but if you will seriously and I mean seriously argue that your 7M likes high RPM more than a 1JZ would, you belong in a mental intuition.

If your drifting youll be in the high rpm range alot. Do your self a favor and go with a Metal hg.

I'm not trying to beat out dai or asabo, just local tarck days and some dirty street drifting lol. But yeah, HKS 1.2mm? I honestly don't even know what options are out there for 7mt

I know. I don't have money for anything close to that, and every cressida you see has a 1j... I'm working with what I have because it will more than work for what I want to do. I picked up the motor off craigslist for $100 so why the hell not lol

I'm just hitting all the big events to spectate, then driving in local practices this season, I will probably be ready to compete next year, but even then... at 12 psi with bol ons a stock 7m can do 285+ at the rear wheels. With a welded diff, that is way more than enough. The 150 hp 5m will do work with a welded diff. It's such an easy car to get to slide out too

^THIS

I know from personal experience a 7m will not hold up well to drifting. Our 87 supra ran great.. took it to the track two nights and spun a bearing the 2nd night. Fresh oil change with extra oil added.. it was NOT low. They just have a lot of force on the bearings already so the second it doesn't get oil it's going to spin and sideways is an easy way to starve a motor lol

Obviously we knew this would happen so we didn't care.. we had planned on 1j's since the day we bought the cars

I also have a friend who has a mk2 supra who bought our old 7ms.. rebuilt them.. blew them up drifting.. he is now on our side with 7ms and drifting lol

HKS, GREDDY, SIP, COMETIC, are all companies that make them. THe thickness of the hg will be determined on how much is taken off the head/block.

Did a fellow named Zach take pictures of your Supra?

Umm, not that I'm aware of. I know him. He takes AMAZING pictures. Unless he went by my place and took them without me knowing. He borrowed my wheels as have 1 other person to use for photo shoots. But there cars are no where near the color of mine. Why do you ask?
