Sun was already SETTING at just a bit past FIVE!!! Time change has made a huge difference... both morning and night!

Managed to swing out to Bressler Reservoir and snap a couple quick shots with limited light...

Light was gone after just a few angles...

Sorry Z!

Should have called, but did it on a spur of the moment, and another 10~15minutes later, I would have missed it!

We'll get 'em side by side yet one of these days!

Not too bad. I've finally settled in my new place (an apartment w/ garage not too far from where I lived before) and am starting back up on the Supra. Looks like I'm running out of driving time this year so it should be back on the road in full force next spring (57 trim CT26 + Maft Pro).

single turbo LS1

i'll get some legit pics of the engine bay when i deem it presentable. right now it's dirty as hell and cluttered like no one's business.

not bad here just getting ready to pull the motor lol blah how about you

I've been so so, haven't made to much progress on the supra. Its together for the most part, need to take the crank pulley off my old motor and swap to the new one. But the heads down and everything is sealed up. Got lowering springs for the supra but I'm not sure when i'll get around to message with them, plus there eibach and I'm wondering if there gonna have the stance that I want. I'm leaning toward finding someone that wants to trade for H&Rs. But I'm not sure what eibach springs i have, because for some reason I wanna say eibach made 2 different sets of springs, the second ones being a little lower and firmer. IDK, either way its gonna be snowing soon, so I'm not sure if i'll even have the supra running this year with the luck i've been having. So next summer here we come :)

Uniontown/North Canton area. Hoping it will be ready and fun this spring :) I have all of the supporting mods for 3-400 HP with the 57 trim as long as my headgasket holds up (stocker retorqued to 72 ft-lbs). If/when it blows I'm not messing around and I'm just going to pull the engine and have Rich rebuild it since my final goal is around 500-550whp on a borg warner turbo :p. I might have a couple of exhaust vids lying around I can show you...though admittedly they are all pretty boring (no WOT clips). I'll take a look.

Cool man, you Canton guys aren't too far from me:icon_bigg
I'm curious to hold well the oem head gasket will hold up. It was claimed that someone was pushing 18psi on stock hg with studs but I haven't done it personally. Good luck either way, I've been looking into the T61 bolt-on and sip racing regrounds. Major problem with my car right now, is I don't have the money to put into... But I'll give it some time, I damn near have everything else picked out for the supra. Just not the bucket of money i wanna dumb into it. lol

The next couple parts on my list of goodies is,
Cops
Fcon w/ FCD & WB

Talk to Crisps and see if he'd be interested in tuning the fcon once i got it. And start saving for either a 2j build or an aero make over with rims to match.

I've been looking, i'm not gonna lie. Since the day i came up there, i've been keeping an eye out for a nice set of coils for cheap. Oh and what are the rims you have on your car?

Nothing to tune with the PFC F-con really, Carter... unless you have the VPC and/or GCC to give you fine tuning adjustments. ("Fine tuning" is used loosely here...) The other contributor of "tune" with this basic piggyback approach is your fuel pressure regulator assuming it's boost dependent. Then you have fuel pressure gain as a product of boost rise to work with. Very BASIC stuff, really... and the rest is just "drive-n-fiddle" with these simple tools that are readily at hand. (Fuel pressure boost/rise will require popping the hood and making the base pressure adjustment, of course... assuming you don't have some kind of remote adjustment in the cabin, which I have yet to see.)

Good luck, whatever the approach! One of these days, I'll probably HAVE to make the jump to MoTeC, I suspect. I'm gonna hold out as long as I can, since I've always worked toward my long time goal of a 500rwhp ticket off a dyno with this basic setup, JUST to see if I can do it!:biglaugh:
