Dude, listen to jdub, and everyone else that has given you advice.
Did the machine shop tell you the head was WARPED more than they liked, or decked/planed more than they'd like?
If the head is warped, it's JUNK. The gasket thickness is completely irrelevant. No matter what size gasket you get(btw the fel-pro is stock thickness,your shop was right). It won't change that your head is WARPED. You're going in the complete wrong direction.
