They wanted to know if the car was an auto or a manual. It seems the auto alternator is 100 amp and the manual is 90 amps. I'll check and see if they have one for an SC300 when I go to pick it up tomorrow morning. Hopefully they'll let me buy it and the return it if the have one for an sc300 in stock. If they don't have one in stock then I will take the one that I've ordered. I'll find a way to make it work somehow. I own a welder now and I just love welding stuff.............:biglaugh:
No, the 7m went to a friend NOT in the altima (although nissan royally fucked the qr25, they decided to have 2 theromstats, both set at different temps and IIRC one is in the back of the head, the other is in the front of the motor).
Can't wait to take a ride in that beast. Maybe some footage of it downing a MKIV will make it to the TX vid im making.

Mike, I'll never make ROTY, but I know a lot of people like my car just as much as I do, but there is always some better looking ones. I can live with that, but I appreciate the thought.
I will never get my car done if you keep coming up with more ways to make more horsepower. Have you had your car dyno'd yet? I'd like to see before and after numbers if at all possible. Thanks

I'm getting it tuned friday at twelve on the dyno. I've got to finish breaking in my clutch tomorrow and then friday on the way to the dyno. I should have around three hundred miles on it hopefully.
I have the small core cams so mine never really loped at all. I'm hoping for around six hundred, but I haven't made up my mind if I want to go for high numbers right before the texas meet. I really just need to have it tuned and I want to see how much power I make with the same 17psi that I was running. I may get over there though and get a wild hair and decide to turn the boost up for one or two pulls. I guess the motor is ready for that.
No, I'm waiting on George to come visit next weekend so I may just wait to do the higher boosted pulls. I'll do the seventeen and eighteen pound pulls so I can compare them to the 1jz. Thanks for reminding me.
