Don't know if it was mentioned before, but the capacity is 18 gallons. But you have 5 gallons left when the light goes on ;)

In my old N/A, I got about 25-30 mpg's depending if i was flooring it or not. I always put in 91 too. I skimmed sometimes and put 89 though.

Well from a stat standpoint, you should be getting around the same as a GTE of the same condition (Which I find a little pathetic on the GE's part, but whatever). I usually get from San Fran and back on 3/4 of a tank (about 215mi), I probably need to lighten up my oil though (15W-40 Deisel).

the fuel price over in the uk goes up virtually every day. i put £20 in today. i got a shade over 17 litres. i think the price now was 117.9 pence per litre.

i seem to get about 75 miles until the red light now

Wtf guys? I was getting ~350 a tank in my turbo car, boosting a LOT. 60-1 @ 15PSI w/ a Walbro and an AFPR (7PSI over stock IIRC) and SAFC (tuned rich).

There's no way that's even a heavy foot, you guys have something seriously wrong going on.

It's probably cause you have a 3 inch exhaust and I noticed that people with bigger exhausts tend to get better fuel economy probably cause the exhaust gases aren't restricted as us. Also, I'm sure you're not always boosting...

A lot of the time I was boosting, but there is some highway mileage in there to kinda balance that out too.

My readings lately of a mix of city/highway on my auto n/a are 340ish miles before the light turns on. When the light comes on it means we have about 2-5 gallons left, so maybe that puts me at around 400+ to a tank :)

Just got back from a test run and once I had the trans dialed in close enough I decided I'd test the fuel economy..... Wasn't expecting much as the Fuel Map is ugly at best considering I've been doing it alone ;)

My best on LPG was 11 Litres per 100Km travelled as as LPG is MUCH happier running lean mixtures I have it tuned a good deal richer now on Petrol.

Very surprised at the 8.5 Litres per 100 Km :D

this equates to 33 Mpg Imperial and 28 Mpg US (whoo hoo)

It was a mixed speed run as a lot of my test loop is roadworks and I know it does better at a 110>120 KMH cruise, even so this gives me 1350 KM's to a tank of fuel so I'm pretty happy considering I haven't done ANYTHING in the ECU to save fuel (No Decell cut at all)

I wonder why turbo guys effortlessly get good gas mileage. Maybe it IS the exhaust?
