The intake isn't polished....it's beadblasted and tumbled...it's just smoother than the stock casting.

Cleaned the valve cover baffles
there was alot of crap in them! Had to drill them out then tap it so I could screw them back in.
Tonight my throttle is in the tumbler...gonna see what 12 hours of tumbling will do to it....hope it comes out as clean as the intake did.

How did you clean your stock fuel injectors?? Because having them sent in takes a decent chunk out of your wallet.

I have ultrasonic cleaners at work....they aren't flow tested sadly...things have changed recently (my na is eating coolant and overheated last week) so I have to haul ass and get this turbo running asap.
