Build thread:
Over the last 2 years I got my 1991 Supra, blew the headgasket on the 7M for the 2nd time, swapped in a 2JZ, converted to a single T04R turbo, and swapped from an auto to an R154.
Here's a little video of the buildup with the car in action.

And another with just driving and no music, slightly different footage too:

Mods as of Jan 1st, 2008:
Aristo 2JZ-GTE
R154
7M oil pressure sender conversion
T04R turbo, 4" in, 2.5" out, .81 A/R, 3" v-band exhaust, polished compressor housing
Ebay SS T4 manifold
50mm wastegate
SSQV BOV
12x24x3 FMIC, 2.5" from turbo to IC, 3" from IC to TB
4" polished intake, large 4" K&N filter
Custom 3" downpipe > high-flow cat > HKS Sport 3" catback
USDM2JZ-GTE water pump, FAL210 fans
1pc lightened driveshaft
Battery relocation using Odyssey PC680 dry-cell battery
However, after all this, my plans for the car have changed a little. Instead of throwing lots of money at big fuel system, I decided that I'd rather put it into other stuff like suspension. And while the reponse on this turbo is amazing, the way it hits is interesting when trying to gently power out of a turn.
So far I have converted back to twin-turbos and have removed all the sequencial valving for a true twin-turbo setup without the restrictions of the sequencial setup.
I had originally removed the A/C when doing the 2JZ swap, but I recently reinstalled the A/C using the Aristo compressor, 7M top plate and all A70 A/C lines and components.
The goal is to have 450-500whp on modified USDM twins, a stock looking engine bay, and a suspension and chassis setup competitive in auto-cross or on a road course, while retaining the comfort and reliability of a street car.
