Boris, let me know if you think we're cluttering your thread. I'll clean it up if you want.

That being said, I took a '95 BMW M3 coupe for a test drive today. It. was. INCREDIBLE! I'll probably be buying it within the next few days. Black/Black FTW!

I did the very same thing, and found that the BMW is superior in every damn way, expect for where it counts, in the 'soul' department. Call me silly, but I felt like my Supra had a personality because it was imperfect, where as my Bimmers seem creepily efficient, in other words, They do they were designed to do. Nothing more, nothing less. Not sure if BorHor would agree with me or not?

Too each their own. But BMW is just too casual car, they are everywhere :) Either way it's a very nice car, but it need turbo in it :D
Tho M3 E30 is a whole different story, it's my dream car which I hope to find one day :)

woohoo post 911 :D

Supras are everywhere too. Rusted out ones that don't run and/or look like garbage.

Not in Europe. I've honest to god seen less than 10 MK3s in my life time and just one MK2. Seeing one is a 'Stop what you're doing and stare' moment, no matter how tatty, rusty or garbage looking it is.

M3s (E36 - E46s) on the other hand are everywhere. I see at least one a day, usually a E46 convert driven with a douchebag with a bluetooth headset in his ear.

I come from a land down under
A70's are rare here, BMW's are more common but still not everywhere though.

I don't get that argument though they're all just cars it's not like we're talking Veyron's or Koenigsegg's here guys.

^ Right on. There are very, VERY few Supras in my area. And equally as few M3's. :)

I don't see Supras everywhere, but it's not like they are a super rare breed around here. I see one at least once every day, and this isn't including mine. I'm just defending BorHor cause I know a lot of guys in the community go nuts when you switch cars :)

Those of you that wonder why I went E36.. Here it goes....

It all started when I had to drive 50+ miles to go to school everyday. after a year of doing that and raising gas prices my dad insisted I sell the supra to get something better. I didn't want to sell it but I eventually gave in after a few months. The E36 is actually my dad's. It is not like I went out of my way to find this car. So.. for those of you wondering.. WTF that is why.. My dad gave me his car so he can get a newer better one :)

Sweet! We can have build threads together!!

LOL. I'm not planning to build it much, if at all. I might get a chip for it (raise the redline a bit), but all the fluids will be changed first, it has slight body damage which I'm getting fixed right away.

Other than that, maybe a few tasteful upgrades such as a schnitzer (sp?) rear window shade. I really just want to maintain it, and drive it. :) It's quick though, I now understand what all the hype is about BMW's.

I'll post pics when I get it for sure.

Werd. I don't see me doing too much too. I was also thinking of getting the rear window wing too :) maybe in a carbon fiber wrap if I can pull it off.

Damn you guys are harsh.. I was thinking of getting CF hood and trunk and getting it layered in a thin coat of blue paint so at a distance it will all look the same but up close the weave will show.

Then again it is all ideas to make my car stand out from the rest.. I bet I won't even do it for a while or maybe not at all.. I throw out ideas all the time.

Here's mine as it sits. I'll make a thread of my own when I pick it up, which will be tomorrow or Friday. :)
