^ lol

What he said...

And it's funny because it's true. :icon_bigg

And if said party can't do it soon enough, drive it up here and I'll take care of it for ya. I'm a poor college student, so you know it'll be cheap.

^ Oh, and another idea...

if ppl are wanting another mini-meet before winter actually hits... We could all meet at my place and we could BS and do the swap then. Then Chris could buy us all Pizza or something, take some peeps for a little spin, that sort of thing...

Just throwing it out there...
*Westport, IN 47283 if you want to mapquest it*

* Edit *
And I would expect SupraHero and the Vixen to make it also... Whats another 2-3 hours of drive time? lol

I think I had better just wait for the video on this one. I don't see myself driving to anymore meets this year. Next year I will be up for something though.

Sorry to hear that didn't help Matt. What is your next option going to be? Is it slipping between first and second? That's what my wife's is doing. Let me know if you get it fixed..................lol

I dont think it's slipping at all... I'll be cruising along, punch it, it'll downshift and I'd say about 5700 RPM it'll go to shift and I'll hit FCO. No backfiring or anything, just a very noticeable pause. I'm begining to think that my bottom boost hose is crapp. Then the question becomes, "Do I get used or get a hardpipe made?" I sure wish I had someone in my area with some welding skillz to weld me up a lower boost hose...

^ I'm willing to do it, if thats what you're asking. :icon_bigg

How soon, how fast you need it done? Is it something I could keep over night? Something you would wait on here? I don't want to shoot myself in the ass, or rip you off, but what's a fair price for swapping out a clutch? I mean I'd hate to throw away a perfectly good afternoon for $20 or something.

OR

You got any go-fast goodies you need/want to get rid of? :icon_bigg

it would have to be a one day job, I could drop it off in the morning and pick it up that night. If you have supra clutch experiance you could do it in 4hrs, but if its your first, it'll take atleast 3 days lol Throw a price out.....I've got a turbonetics 60-1 haha

We have a deal. I'll have my people contact your people with a contract. All signatures will have to be notarized for it to be a legally binding contract..........;)

Matt, if you'd had that turbonetics turbo then you wouldn't have won the HKS intake.....................:biglaugh:

Steve's Lower hard pipe in a clinch recipe:

No Welding needed. Get 2 45 deg exhaust pipes 2" or 2.25" crush bent will work fine. Hack saw, Sharp knife & grab some oem boost hose, rubber bands & All purpose epoxy, JB Weld etc.

Remove shot lower IC pipe. Fit the 2 45's up connecting the 2 with stock IC hose cut in 3-4" section. Cut a 3" piece of stock hose & fit on end to Turbo outlet. Measure IC inlet section of hard pipe & with a sharpi mark a spot about 1-2" back from the IC inlet & trim off with the hacksaw. Fit up the couplers & make sure it fits up well. Remove everything & wrap 2 rubber bands about 1/4" or less from each end securely. Leave a small gap between the rubber bands. Now fill that gap with the epoxy & let dry. This makes a lip to help keep the hose/couplers on. After the Epoxy dries reassemble the Hard Pipe & tighten the clamps down real good. this can be done in a cpl hours for less then $15.
