looking fantastic sai! well done!

Thanks Doc. It's not perfect, but good enough for me to drive around. Still need to fine tune it. Car runs a bit rich and not sure where the a/f ration is at. I might want to get a wideband if I don't have time to bring it over for you to help me tune it. Why don't you give me a quote on a wideband unit.:biglaugh:

Figure I'd throw mine up here. She is still a virgin though.

The picture was taken when I bought her in mid-June. I've been to lazy to clean her up and take a decent picture or two.

^^^NOICEEEEE^^^
I don't know what exactly noiceeee means but anyway I am posting this to inform all of u proud MI. Supra owners that u have more brethen in MI. and that would b me. This is my very first virgin experience posting on Supramania so go easy on me. Currently I have a 90 turbo targa with a BHG. Soooo much fun pulling the top part of the motor apart. I ran into a few problems along the way but reading the tech post helped big time. T.U.G. thank u God for this site. I should be finished hopefully by the end of this week! I am in Flint MI. Absolutely no mods yet. Just trying to get the motor right b4 the mods begin. You all seem to b pretty cool peeps so anytime yall get together 4 any thing I'm down 4 whatever as long as its legal. I only knew of one other cat who had a 7mgte in Flint but I haven't seen him since the spring. Wish I wasn't so low tech, otherwise I would post pics of my clean red 7M turbo. Let me wrap this up anyone feel free to holla back.

Hey, SupraDread, where are you in Flint? I attend Kettering University.

Wuz up FoolishOne. Actually I am not that far from Kettering. I am in College Cultural area a couple of blocks from Mott College. As a matter of fact I used to take my 4yr. old son to day care across the street from the Children's Museum. U must be a big brain if u r attending Kettering, Great school! Is your Supra running? 'Cause I can't remember seeing another Supra in this GM town. If it is riping up these streets I would love to see it. If its not riping up the streets and needs work get at me and maybe we can it get up and running. Today I spent the whole day putting my motor back together, still not all the way there yet but I expect to finish by fri. or Sat. This also the reason I post so late at nite. This is the first time I have done a BHG so I am trying to take my time and make sure there are no flaws and this bad boy starts up on the first turn with no codes or any other negatives.::bhg:: ::bhg:: Looking forward to doing my bearings next. I need to get 'er done b 4 winter comes because as u know FoolishOne MI. winters r no F#*@! joke. I'll check the threads a little earlier tomorrow to see if u have received this post. I'll be free after 4pm maybe we can hook up and check out our best dammdest rides in this GM town. Glad to know I am not the only sole Supra owner repin' from Flintstone.

welcome man!
Thanx 4 the welcome drjonez. I appreciate the acknowledgement. I really didn't expect it so quickly. I guess it just typical for great Supra minds to think alike! I am stil absorbing all this info from this site, but as soon as I get a chance and put down my tools 4 awhile I'm going to check out those other sites u have on your threads, maybe even sooner if I should run into another problem with BHG. SupraMania that's whuts up!

US News and World Report has ranked Ketterng first for the past eight consectuive years for Industrial Engineering...can't be a bad thing (I'm an IE.)

The Supra hasen't seen much tarmac, but it seems like gas prices have plummeted and I will put some fresh stuff in her and see what I can do. She is 99% functional, the passenger door window switch is shot, but besides that she is running. I am orignally from NJ, so she survived the 11 hour trip without a hitch. I was hoping I was going to find someone out here, and nothing til, you came along. Being from NJ, I don't have anything for my car, and was wondering if, you didn't mind, I could come and use a few tools or whatever. (Like, I need to check the air in my tires and vacuum out my car.)

Anyways, I have Chem until 4:30 so anytime after that you can just send me a PM.

No Yooper Supra's, eh? Aw Christ - too bad. I spent 7 years in Houghton at Michigan Tech. No surprise I guess - rwd and turbo would suck climbing a snowy hill, but a little Copper Country Cruise on a summer day would be hard to beat. :icon_bigg
