I think what we need to do is simply put up signs in Spanish and English all along the border saying if you attempt to cross the border, you will be shot onsite, no questions asked. Put huge towers every 2 miles or so that provide a full view of the border. Then enforce it. 1 of 2 things will happen when people see those signs. The smart ones will stop and go back. The stupid ones will attempt to cross and be shot. Soon, when people hear it really is true that they'll be shot onsite, even the stupid ones will quit risking it. Simple really.
Legal Immigrants are cool and I have no problem with them. Illegals, no matter why they're here, piss the hell out of me.

Those of you who abdicate just opening up "illegal season" and shooting people for crossing illegally, your all full of shit! If you are going to tell me you would have ZERO problem with personally taking up a post on the mexican border and just shooting any and all persons seen crossing that border...I am calling you out. In Singapore, isn't it like some ridiculous punishment just for stealing little tiny items? They have almost no crime, because the reward (a free video game, perhaps) isn't worth being caned or whatever they do.
If people have to risk getting shot, they won't try to cross.
Now, the worst that happens is they get sent back to GO without collecting 200 dollars. They just are deported and have to try again, which wastes Border Patrols' time. If they were shot, I guarantee you only desperate criminals would try to cross, no more of this BS. They would simply apply legally.

Twice I have had to draw down on illegals while in Tucson. Didn't kill them the first time (when they broke into my house) because it was X-Mas. Most "Whiteys" wont work for below minimum wage, Alot of farmers around here only pay illegals $3-4 dollars an hour for picking fruit. I dont know how many people would want to work for below minimum wage.
