4 over in a 30 and 4 over in a 65 are almost 2 different worlds. Not really, but I could see how going 4 over in heavy traffic could be a bad idea, mainly because people suck at driving.

4 over in a 30 is like doing 8-9 over in a 65 percentage wise...though cops probably are not smart enough to realize this...they just hate ricers!

I'd be down for an Indy meet. I'll even show up in my Supra, if the meet occurs before or after I tear her down. I'm not sure where I'll be on May 6th, but it's likely I won't have started yet.
IRP has street-legal races on some Saturdays. More information can be found on www.irponline.com -- I'd find it myself, but their website is down at the moment.
Hooters is cool, but I would say it is a bit small/unwieldy if we're going to have more than 6-8 people.
Jspec: I emailed some questions about their dyno to that speed shop you linked -- we'll see if I hear back from them.
