Hey everyone, figured i'd start a build up thread, had one before when i did my 7mgte swap, and paint.

Well now its time to mod this beast.
so far i have :
Lex AFM
RC 550's
adjustable fuel pressure regulator
Apex'i SAFCII
Innovate LC-1 wideband
DDP dump w/ test pipe
tanabe catback
MBC
shimmed stock ct26 @ 12psi

today i ordered my Master Power T-64 .68 a/r P-trim turbo. also have some oil lines, new 3"v-band DP, and heat wrap on the way.
wastegate will be ordered monday, and manifold will be ordered next friday.

the motor its gettin installed on is a stock motor with ???miles, and ARP head studs with felpro HG. i'll be trying for 400whp with a conservative street tune.

pictures will come when parts start comin in, but for now, any advice? tips?

i'll be running about 11psi when i bolt it on since thats the spring the WG comes with.

the stock internals should handle it fairly well. we'll see what happens.

i still have my other motor that got a MHG and OEM rebuild, so if this engine goes its not too big of a deal.
besides i'd like to see if i can make 400whp, and for how long before something breaks lol.

the intercooler will be gettin upgraded once i can sell my DDP, and 2 ct-26's.

I dont know about you guys but the best part of any build..... THE TURBO!!!!

it finally came in today, and instead of the t-64 i ordered, i was sent a t-66. eh, i'll settle for it. its a Master Power t-66 with the same .68 a/r i wanted. with a .70 compressor housing. so it looks just like a t-70.
well onto the pics. threw in a couple of the gauges too.

im pretty sure the manifold will be in monday, then after that, all i need the the oil fitting/flange for feed and drain for turbo.

the gauges are some no name hong kong china brand... they not accurate worth shit... i'll be swappin em out for some balck needle gauges and just light them with blue LEDs.

can't really tell in that pic either but i did the climate contorl w/ white n blue LED's.

Where the fuck did you get those gauges? How hard was the conversion?

everything on my car cam from either another supra owner, junkyard, or ebay. turbo came from ebay $570 shipped. wg and dump tube were 75 shipped. the gauges i got from hong kong for $66 shipped for both of them. but they're highly innacurate. eventually i will switch to a name brand LED display but for now im gonna go back to needle gauges.

the conversion was fairly simple, some 1/8" lexan sprayed black trimmed to size (to fill the gap left by the gauges.) and a 2" holesaw. used a dremel to open the hole a teeny bit more but left it so the gagues stay snug. i can get some closer pics if you'd like.

Nah, if their inaccurate, wouldn't be worth doing. They look great though.

Rick> damn thats a pretty good price for a turbo like that. Thats the same price if not more u would pay for a 57 trim ct26. So nice buy.

rayall01> What year supra do u have? It looks like a 92 in your avatar. And you live in ma?!
