It's a 19.mm I can get a 21.mm on it also but the 19 is the right one.

I don't have access to anything that requires an air compressor but if I am going to keep a project car around, I'll be getting that equipment for sure.

I was wrenching that thing too. I thought I was going to hit my head on the block.

Tonight I'm going to lowes to buy the biggest breaker bar I can get my mits on.

well you can also wrench it just get a cheater bar...basically a long, strong pipe...put it over the wrench handle and have at it....LEVERAGE is the key...

plus if you have access to a junk yard and you are low on the cash flow, old 60's and 70's dodge,Chrystler,Plymouth had a "V ,2 piston, A/C compressor" on their cars that can be Easily made into a compressor for a air tank...plus you could pic them up for the cheap cheap...plus it's electric...so no car motor needed LOLOL....

I just want to squash that other stuff man.
I respect you too much to speak to you the way I did and I apologize.

I bought an upper gasket set and took that head gasket and had it measured at 0.76. I had 7 thousandths of metal removed from my head. You had a bit more so I hypothesize 2.mm . Dave will sort it out no doubt for sure he's the guy that did my math, lol.

I don't know what you plan to do with your ride but a long time ago Ij himself informed me of the HKS stopper MHG. So I researched it. I truely think it is the best head gasket available and the next would be the beaded. IMO.

Again I went with ARP hardware but I chose studs over bolts. The bolts would probably be easier to set the head upon but I'm not sure. I know they are noticabley better value than just the stocker head bolts. But that is for you to decide.

I also went with an MSD Blaster coil SS and MSD plug wires and I went with Denso iridium u groove plugs.

AND I STILL DON"T HAVE MY HEAD.

i talked to the guy Dave, SUPRA NICE GUY(HA HA i made a funny), at HPF......he told me i needed a 1.5 head gasket and recommended a greddy one...he is going to send me a estimate for arp bolts(which he said he wasn't sure if the arp bolts for a 7mgte would work for the ge but i'm pretty sure they would...i mean same block correct?) Head gasket, and oem rings...
