Man im sorry to hear that too.. Im defintiely staying tuned as im very curious to hear what the problem is. Maybe you didnt tighten up that plug in the back??:evil2:

SS: I'm not thinking that was it and my friend also believes something in the bottom end failed. I can't even count the number of supras he's built so I trust his judgment.

Not sure of the brand. My bro bought it at the parts store awhile back. I just know I didn't really have to force the pistons in. So I don't think I cracked any rings while installing.

By hand. Took them at the gaps and expanded them just enough to get over the top of the piston and into place. You think that had an effect possibly?
Could have bent them slightly and you not have noticed, or stressed them too much and caused them to fail, but across all six cylinders? I dunno....
For your sake I hope it's something like that and that you didn't score the cylinder walls. A simple re-ring job would be a miracle.
