I've been making manifolds too. I've been switching back and forth from my project to the manifolds every 2 hrs or so

I do, when I'm trying to wind down from being in the garage all day. I play Seether, Evanescence, Three Days Grace, Stone Sour, etc. I sing too, while I'm welding j/k.

My daughter plays piano, and flute. I'm really, really proud of her!

Sorry if this is an obvious thing that I just don't know, but why did you choose to have your wastegate there? Space insufficient below?

There's lots of space below. But the way the tubes are coming out of the collectors (going up for better boost control, minimal turbulent exhaust gases; flowing the same direction), the tubes will have to be routed back down. Besides this is another one of my signatures although I've seen it being done now by other header makers.
